If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process a claim, you will need to provide:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement item, or

A partial/full refund (at our discretion)

3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.

Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.
